- This is our most versatile coffee, while it has the perfect sweetness (SCA punctuation 10/10), it is also balanced and smooth, good with any any brewing process from Cold Brew to French Press Drip Coffee to Espresso (we love the reddish color this coffee gives to the espresso).
- Coffee name comes from the drying process, Honey which consists of +-25 days without washing the mucilage (the sweet part around the coffee bean, check image #2). Varietal: Supremo
